Virtual Women’s Fitness Kickboxing
This program is done through ZOOM. Stay in your own home and workout with other women across NJ.
This Women’s Fitness kickboxing is a virtual fitness class that combines martial arts techniques, weigh training, and fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. NO, you don’t need a Black Belt to take this class. All you need is a kick butt and take names attitude!
Women’s Self-Defense
In this course, women will learn to: Avoid potentially dangerous situations (awareness and avoidance skills) Recognize when your boundaries are being crossed (interpersonal awareness) De-escalate conflicts (verbal dissuasion techniques) Defend yourself when faced with physical violence (physical self-defense).
- Hour one we go over vehicle, home, and travel security.
- Hour two we go over Defense Tactics ranging from a social environment to fight for your life.
- Hour Three the instructor puts on a RedMan suit for his protection. You “GO ALL OUT” with your new skills trying to fight him off!
After this 3 hour course you will feel so empowered! You can never be too prepared!
